First and foremost, I am a very picky and careful person, particularly with my dog and this review concerns a puppy I brought to Bark U as a new customer. I could not be more pleased with their careful and compassionate handling of my puppy. Also their care and patience with me is commendable as I always want to speak to a trainer personally who could tell me how my puppy did at daycare. The entire outfit from top to bottom is exceptionally well run and very, very, very customer service oriented. The trainers are exceptional and give you detailed and honest feedback concerning your dog’s experience and temperament. Last, I never write reviews for anything, but this place is so exceptional I felt they deserved to know that their excellence is noted and appreciated.

When I broke my ankle in January, I was in desperate need of daycare and training for our 16 weeks old puppy. We arranged to have Beatrix go to daycare on the bus as I could not drive her myself three days a week. She has been going there now for six months. It has been a blessing to send her and see her go off so happy and confident the training and socialization were excellent for her. The facility is top-notch. They’ve thought of everything I couldn’t be happier. I am looking forward to trying to board her for a night and take advantage of their boarding services leaving your dog anywhere is stressful, but I have full confidence that Barku and all their employees love dogs and take the best care of them.
