Fetch the Fun
Our hours of operation vary depending on the services your dog enjoys. However, rest assured that your dog can fetch us anytime. We have staff onsite 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – this includes all major holidays!
Lodging Hours
Weekday (Monday – Friday) Check-In and Checkout Times
- Pick-Up: 7:00 am - 10:00 am
- Dogs picked up after 10:00 am will incur a $25 late departure fee.
- Drop-Off: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
- Dogs dropped off before 3:00 pm will incur a $25 early arrival fee.
- Dogs dropped off after 5:30 pm will incur a $25 late arrival fee.
Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Check-In and Checkout Times
- Pick-Up: 8:00 am - 10:00 am
- Dogs picked up after 10:00 am will incur a $25 late departure fee.
- Drop-Off: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Dogs dropped off before 2:00 pm will incur a $25 early arrival fee.
Daycare Hours
- Monday through Friday - 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday - 8:00am to 4:00pm
Grooming Hours
- Monday through Friday - 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Full grooming & bathing services available
- Saturdays and Sundays – by appointment
- Bathing services only
Training Hours, including Lodge & Learn

- Monday through Friday - 7:00am to 7:00pm
Lodge & Learn
- Dogs must check in before 9 AM on the first day and check out after 3 PM on the last day of their Lodge and Learn program.
BARK U Bus Hours
- Pick Up: Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 9:30am
- Drop Off: Monday through Friday - 3:00pm to 5:00pm
