Suds of Fun for a Cause: BARK U’s Commitment to Therapeutic Dogs
At BARK U, we believe dogs have an incredible gift: the power to comfort, connect, and bring joy to people in ways nothing else can. That’s why we’re proud to be committed to supporting our community through causes that celebrate and expand the amazing impact of therapeutic facility dogs.
This year, we’re making a big, bubbly splash — literally!
We’re teaming up with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for our End-of-Year Splash Party, and all proceeds will directly benefit CHOP’s Facility Dog Program.
If you’ve ever witnessed the way a dog’s wagging tail and gentle presence can light up a room, you know how life-changing this program is for patients, families, and hospital staff. Facility dogs at CHOP provide comfort to children during treatments, help reduce stress, and bring moments of joy during challenging times. We’re honored to help ensure this program continues to grow and thrive.
Our Bubble Blowout for CHOP will be a day filled with plenty of water and bubble play for BARK U pups — all in the name of giving back — and will be the first of many events and efforts BARK U will host to support and sponsor dogs like Dilly and Nettle, CHOP’s current Facility Dogs. And we couldn’t do it without you, either – BARK U’s dedicated and loyal family and friends. This event is the perfect way to end the season while making a real difference.
Bubble Blowout Event Details:
📅 Date: September 30, 2025
💙 Entry: Party admission included with any paid daycare or lodging reservation for current BARK U pups.
💦 Activities: Splash zones, foam & bubble fun, with raffles, games, goodies, and more for families to enjoy in the lobby during drop off and pick up!
🎯 Mission: 100% of proceeds will go toward CHOP’s Facility Dog Program.
We can’t wait to come together as a community — dogs, families, and friends — to celebrate the magic of therapy dogs and give back to the people and pups who make a difference every day.
