We love the BARK U facility and everything it has to offer. Our senior dog who has mobility issues and needs a fair amount of medication and extra attention boarded in the penthouse. The team took amazing care of him, and having the larger suite gave us peace of mind knowing he was comfortable and relaxed.

Can I check in on my dog during their stay?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to call or text the BARK U Crew for updates—we’ll be happy to share how your pup is doing during their stay.
For dogs staying longer than 3 days, we also provide updates and photos so you can see how much fun they’re having.
Can you give my dog injections if they are in medical boarding?
At this time, we do not administer injections for medical boarding. If your dog requires injections, we recommend reaching out to a veterinary facility that can
provide the specialized care they need.
What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
Your dog’s food, portioned for the duration of their stay in individual bags, with each bag labeled with their name.
Any medications with detailed instructions in the original container.
A cuddle item to help them feel at home.
How far in advance should I book?
Due to limited availability, we recommend booking as early as possible. A waitlist may apply during busy periods to ensure every dog receives the care they deserve.
Does my dog need an assessment for private care or medical boarding?
Yes, we still require an assessment for dogs entering private care or medical boarding. This allows us to get to know your dog, see how they adapt to our facility, and ensure we can provide them with the best care possible during their stay.
