Paws and Prepare: What to Know Before Dropping Off Your Pup
Lodging Drop Off & Pick Up Times
Our lobby is open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm. You can drop off and pick up your pup at any time, but will incur a $25 fee if it is outside of the designated pick up and drop off windows.
Please arrive about 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth, stress-free check-in experience.
Monday - Friday
- Drop Off: 3:00 - 5:30 pm
- Pick Up: 7:00 - 10:00 am
Saturday - Sunday
- Drop Off: 2:00 - 4:00 pm
- Pick Up: 8:00 - 10:00 am
Pick-ups and drop-offs outside of these designated windows will incur a $25 fee.
Note: Late check-in and early check-out fees do not apply for Lodge & Learn bookings. Lodge & Learn dogs must check in before 9 AM on the first day and check out after 3 PM on the last day of their program.

Packing the Paw-sentials
Make sure your pup has everything they need for a tail-wagging good time! Use this checklist to pack the essentials and help us keep your dog comfy, happy, and safe during their stay.
Food & Feeding Instructions
- We allow reusable bags and will return them after your pet’s stay.
- If food is not pre-portioned, a bagging fee of $.50 per bag will be applied.
- Do not mix kibble with supplements, powders, medications.
- We have a refrigerator for any food that needs to be chilled.
If you prefer, we offer house food for an additional cost ($5/meal for portions under two cups, or $8/meal for portions over two cups).
We do not cook foods from home – but if your pup enjoys a hot meal, we do offer meal toppers!
Please be prepared to discuss:
- How many times per day your pup eats
- How their food is typically served/prepared
Medication & Supplements
The fee for administering medications is $5 per day for up to 2 medications and $10 per day for 3 or more. This includes supplements, vitamins, and additives.
Medication must be in its original container, properly labeled with your dog’s name.
Do NOT put supplements or powders in pre-portioned meal bags.
Please be prepared to discuss:
- How many times per day your pup requires their medication
- How their medication is typically administered
Cuddle Items
Cuddle items provide additional familiarity and security to dogs. Acceptable items include towels, blankets, t-shirts, small pillows/crate mats, sweatshirts (no strings).
Unacceptable items include stuffed toys, chewed items, underwear, socks, & dog beds.
- Puppy Lounge: Puppy’s may bring their crate bedding or a towel from home.
- Cozy Suite: One cuddle item permitted.
- Premium Suite: Two cuddle items permitted
- Penthouse Suite: Dogs enjoy unlimited cuddle items.
