A Note Regarding Private Training Passes: Private instruction packages must be used within three (3) months of the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Extension requests must be submitted prior to the expiration date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

BARK U Bucks means even more fun, cuddles, and wagging tails at BARK U. Whether it’s for daycare, lodging, training, some well-deserved pampering, or some extra yummy treats, we’re wagging our tails to make your pup’s day extra special!

Exclusive Pet Insurance Offer from Trupanion
At BARK U, we believe responsible pet parents should have access to pet insurance so that they are prepared if an unexpected medical issue happen. Our partnership with Trupanion provides our clients with no-cost pet insurance for 30 days.

Discounts for Multi-Dog Households
Lodging Discounts for Multi-Dog Households
We offer multi-dog discounts for clients with dogs residing in the same household. Your dogs can board together in either a Premium Suite (with a 15% discount for each additional dog) or a Penthouse Suite (with a 35% discount for each additional dog. Please note that the maximum number of dogs that can share a space varies based on size.
We offer a 15% discount for dogs from the same household enrolled in the Lodge and Learn and Specialized Care programs, if they staying in the same Premium Suite, and 35% for dogs staying in a Penthouse Suite together
We also offer a 15% off discount for more than one puppy lodging with us in the Puppy Lounge. They do not need to share the same suite.
Dogs may only room together if they can eat together to ensure a calm and stress-free environment during mealtimes. It is important to note that any dogs exhibiting possessiveness or aggression towards food will not be permitted to room with another dog, as this can lead to unsafe situations. If at any point two dogs sharing a suite exhibit inappropriate behavior towards each other, they will be separated and provided with their own relaxing space, and the discount will not be applied. Dogs must stay in the same suite to qualify for the discount.
Lodge & Learn Waived Fees
Late check-in and early check-out fees do not apply for Lodge & Learn guests. However, dogs must check in before 9 AM on the first day and check out after 3 PM on the final day to ensure that all training sessions are complete.
Temperament Assessment Discount for Multi-Dog Households
We offer a 50% discount on the assessment fee for a second dog from the same household when both dogs are evaluated on the same day.

Guests staying in our Penthouse Suite receive a variety of perks, including waived fees and complimentary goodies.

Grooming Inclusions & Passes
When your dog receives a Signature Spa Bath, Tidy Up Groom, or Full Body Groom at our Award-Winning Spa, the following services are included: ear cleaning, nail trimming, facial scrubs, and a seasonal bandana.
In addition, we offer a range of add-on services, including Gland Expression, Ear Plucking, and Teeth Brushing, to enhance your dog’s grooming experience. Even if your dog is not receiving a bath or groom, they can still benefit from a Paw Pad Trim, Nail Trim, or Gland Expression.
To round out your dog’s spa experience, we provide a selection of tasty snacks, such as Peanut Butter Kongs, Calming Kongs (Pumpkin with CBD Oil), and Pumpkin Kongs.

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Active Employee Discount
BARK U’s Corporate Benefit Program provides current CHOP employees with exclusive discounts on select services, offering added convenience and care for their dogs while recognizing their commitment to the community.
Please note that CHOP corporate benefits are a unique offering and therefore cannot be ‘stacked’ with other BARK U discounts. Discounts do not apply to Private Training sessions.
